Very beautiful vintage Georg Jensen sterling silver small dove in foliage brooch. It was designed by Arno Malinowski and is estimated to date from the 1940's. The brooch is signed "GEORG JENSEN STERLING DENMARK 258 " on the rear. It is in very good condition. The brooch measures approximately 4.1 x 3.4 cm. Weight is 7 grams.

Arno Malinowski was a successful designer who worked with the Georg Jensen Company from 1936 to 1944 and again from 1949 to 1965. He often featured detailed designs of animals in his work. This brooch is a beautiful example of his work.
