(Special delivery orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery, otherwise the order will be shipped the following date. Special Delivery orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on Saturday for delivery Monday. Special Delivery orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

USA - INTERNATIONAL TRACKED PDDP SHIPPING TO USA

- £14.99 using Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid Shipping

USA orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) Shipping. This means that all Vat and customs duties are calculated at the point of sale, so there should be no further charge for the customer on receipt of the order. At checkout the customer will see a total shipping fee based on the value of the order. The total shipping fee will include our standard International Tracked shipping fee of £14.99 and any Vat and customs fees due - we subsidise the fees to minimise the cost for the customer. (Orders up to value of £149, are charged the shipping fee of £14.99 and no further fee)

All customers will be issued a shipping email with tracking number once orders are dispatched.

European and other International orders will be be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked Shipping. Any customs fees or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Customs charges vary from country to country. Please check your local customs office for current charges for your location,

All customers will be issued a shipping email with tracking number once orders are dispatched.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact Modern Vintage Style by email and return within 28 days for a refund. When returning goods please ensure you use a trackable or signed for service. and keep all proofs of purchase in case you need to claim compensation, as we are unable to refund on goods not delivered. Please note that return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.

DELIVERY NOTES AND TIMESCALES

Free Shipping

Your jewellery will be sent to you in our Modern Vintage Style Gift Boxes. The box will be packaged and posted using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which should reach you in approximately 1 to two working days after despatch. Postage and package (including gift box) is charged at £3.50 per order for orders under £40. For items that are in stock we aim to despatch 1-3 business days from receipt of your order.

Special Delivery Next Day Postage

If you require Special Delivery Next Day Postage , please choose this option at checkout. If you require this shipping type orders must be placed before 1PM on the day before it is required to arrive, otherwise the order will be shipped the following date. Special Delivery applies to Mon to Friday only. Special Delivery orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on Saturday for delivery Monday. Special Delivery orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery Tuesday).Special Delivery Guaranteed Postage is charged at 7.99 per order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day shipping method.

RETURNS NOTES

If an item is returned because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it. Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 28 days of receipt for replacement. When returning goods please ensure you use a trackable or signed for service and keep all proofs of purchase in case you need to claim compensation, as we are unable to refund on goods not delivered. Please note that return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items for return are packaged securely. If we receive an item for return, which has been damaged due to poor packaging an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage. Regrettably we are unable to offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene regulations.
