Vintage  designer Yves Saint Laurent gold plated sterling silver heart brooch or pendant with chain. It has a pendant bail and also a pin and rollover C clasp closure to the rear, and comes with the original black YSL pouch. It  measures approximately 4.5 x 4.5 cm and has a 50 cm long chain with a further 5 cm extension. Weight is 29 grams. It is signed "Made in France YSL" on the rear. It is in very good condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age.
