Vintage Scandinavian 830 silver squirrel brooch. The brooch features a squirrel in foliage set within a heart frame. It has a pin and C clasp closure to the rear. It is marked "830S" on the rear. The brooch measures approximately 4 x 4.4 cm. Weight is 11.8 grams. It is in very good condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age. Estimated to date from 1950's to 1970's.
