Vintage Robert Allison, Scotland, sterling silver shield brooch. It measures approximately 4.2 cm in diameter. Weight is 20 grams. It has a silver pin and rollover C clasp closure to the rear.  It has makers marks "RA ", and has Edinburgh silver hallmarks (with indistinct year date letter) on the rear. It is in very good condition with small signs of wear commensurate with age.
