Beautiful vintage Celtic Art Industries amethyst and sterling silver necklace. The faceted oval shaped purple amethyst gem is prong set within an openbacked sterling silver setting. The silver panels to each side of the focal point have a detailed sterling silver Celtic dragon design and the necklace has a sterling silver chain. It measures approximately 16 inches (41 cm) long  x 2 cm wide (at the widest part). Weight is 22 grams. It is signed with makers marks "CA" and has silver hallmarks for Edinburgh 1987 on the rear.  It is in very good condition.
