Lovely vintage art deco style amethyst and sterling silver ring. The faceted amethyst cabochon is prong set within an open backed sterling silver setting. The ring has  a light gold vermeil (gold plated sterling silver) band. The ring is marked "GOLD AND SILVER" on the inner side. It is a UK size N or N 1/2 .  Weight is 3 grams. IIt is in very good  condition.
